My camera is not working right now, so will have to wait on pics. We are in a lease together so i doubt there is much i can do. The one girl used to split that room with another girl and they paid the same amount, and that was ok because it was originally her apartment and she is the one that keeps the place up for the most part (a real neat freak). She had to switch because her roomate left and she couldn't pay that much.

I know that is going to make it damn near impossible to get the rent changed but its worth a shot. Also the other couple makes plenty of money to pay more, its not like they are starving college students or anything. I know he makes at least $3000 a month after taxes and she works a lot too, soo... I am just sick of their friends "camping out" in our living room when everyone else has their guests stay in their own room. And sex on my couch when you don't even pay rent. Oh and he calls long distance on our phone. So fed up...

They wouldn't really notice, we heap there sh!t against there door when they leave and they just bring it back out. Its ok i guess, like my fiancee said it only gives us more leverages against them for raising the rent. My roommate is/was a lot like that. What I started doing is having big parties that start at 4pm friday and last until 4pm sunday. I did that two weekends in a row, and she stopped being a brat for awhile. Good luck.

When my fiancee gets home we're going to look over everything then print it out and show it to the one girl, or Ms. S. if you will, and see what she thinks and then talk it out tonight. I really hopes this stays civil and there is no blood shed. I really doubt either side is going to get anywhere near what they want but we shall see.

Lemme ask you guys if you would continue paying %115 of your share of the rent because people, who make 3 times as much as you, don't want to pay their full share?
