3 turtles are crawling in a row. The first one says"there are 2 turtles behind me". The second one says"there is one turtle in front me and one behind me". The third turtle says "there are two turtles in front of me and one behind". How is that possible?

Not that I am aware of. My op is exactly how I got it, with grammatical corrections.

I was just thinking the last turtle could be seeing a "behind" (the one of the turtle in front of him) so there's one behind 😛

So you're saying you made grammatical corrections? Do you have the original?

I think the answer might be:

Someone taught the turtles how to talk, but not how to count. (That's how it's possible)

Riddles generally rely on trick wordings, and grammatical corrections usually voids the answer.

It's like the riddle "Two coins add up to 30 cents and one is not a nickel." If changed to "Two coins add up to 30 cents and none is a nickel," the answer doesn't work anymore.

By corrections i mean capitalization and periods instead of commas because originally I got it as one run on sentence.
 
Ok, so 3 turtles are in a row. If there's a row of 60,000 turtles, it's still accurate to say that there are 3 turtles in a row. There just happen to be 20,000 3 turtles in a row.
In this case, there are 4 turtles, but the riddle only mentions the first 3.

Or maybe the last turtle is just delusional.

I'd go with this explanation.
"There are two turtles in front of me and one behind."
The "behind" refers to the turtle butt directly in front of him.
 
how about a fourth turtle riding on the back of the third turtle? that way, it's still true that there are three turtles crawling in a row. the fourth one is not crawling.
 
My guess is that the 3 turtles are crawling a row. The key word being a row. Not a column.
