I  expense reports.

Airline miles and cash back on spending company money FTW.

How much are you guys getting for mileage? food? hotel?

Mine: 48.5cents/mi, $40/day, $89/day for low-cost & $110/day for high-cost areas

Per IRS regulations, that's what I'm getting too.

Depends on where we are going and what we are doing.

Our department doesn't really have much in the way of set limits, especially if we have to entertain people in the industry.

$60.00 a day for personal, $750 if entertaining clients.
$150 max hotel domestic, $250 max international.

I don't do mileage. :p

I love the perks, but filling out expenses across three different countries in one report makes my head asssplodes.

Edit: max is arbitrary.

I get reimbursed for actual expenses but have to use a company credit card (no points/miles for me from the charges). We don't have limits but if you are too extravagant your boss will let you know, and you are marked for life for extra scrutiny. They figure they are very flexible with reimbursements so if you go so far that they have to say something, you really must have abused it.

Personal mileage is the standard IRS rate.

And we never have to share hotel rooms, like some companies make you do.
