After nearly three years of service I had to part ways with the organization I worked for. I put up with being passed over. I put up with them questioning my competancy. I put up with them humiliating me in front of a staff meeting. But today when I came in and found a letter questioning my ethics, I had to draw the line.

Got some savings, enough to last a few months as long as I stay away from Hot Deals :D. Gotta go get another job.

Quitting without having something already lined up was certainly bold. I hope you don't regret it.

I feel the best I have felt in a year. I have enough to get by and some contacts at other places. I'll probably take a pay cut, a large one at that, but it at least I got out when my feet were warm and not on fire.

Nothing. They just knew that I would either be fired or quit soon so they published a confidential letter stating possible malitious attacks that could be done on their server or computers since I am the sole holder of all the passwords. For some reason this confidential letter was sitting on my desk that said "For Dan" 'Confidential' and sealed. Heh, the letter wasn't for me, it was for another Dan.

EDIT: I had always planned to go around with the director and help him change all the passwords.
