so I have a video card pending sale, and I've already received payment. Catch is, the buyer has an uncofirmed address and I am inelliglbe for paypal seller protection (so says the transaction details). Should I ship the card, offer a refund, etc.?

usually pay pal should confirm it, just takes a while

withdraw the money from paypal into your bank account. ship after it transfers in about 3 days. inform the buyer that its for his protection as well as yours.

Not a bad idea if the buyer is willing to wait a couple of days.

i always just tell them like it is, their address is unconfirmed, therefore you will ship after the money is transferred to you bank account for your protection and his. if he would rather not wait then please kindly confirm the shipping address with paypal.
