So i won an auction, paid by CC paypal. Goods are bad, paypal not doing jack, seller "no longer a registered member crap"...etc. O yah, at paypal's advise i was told to send the stuff back to seller...have tracking info.

Now, can i call up my cc and dispute the charges? It seems when i do that they would dispute via pp correct?...and not the actual seller so how does that work? confusing since everything seems to go to pp.
anyone with experience?
