I have a buyer I am looking to buy something off of that is a Unverified Premier Member (16) and doesnt seem to have any available references online for sales he is done...

I am wondering if I get fvcked by him, will I be able to dispute (and get back) my $ for the item?

How did you come to know the seller? ebay? FS/T?

the technical answer is that you might not get your money back unless you fund the payment with your credit card.

Is it that good of a deal that you cant spend a little bit more and go with a verified member with references?

It is a Fs/T.

It is a decent deal, but not the best I have ever had...

The cash is sitting in the account, has been there for over a month. Originally came from my chequing account!

if the seller cuts and runs, you will be left holding the bag. paypal will say they can't get a hold of the funds, and you're out the money.

Are you sure that there is nothing paypal will do?

They will send an email tot he seller asking to give the money back. If the seller doesn't respond, paypal will send the bill to collections. If he never pays, you never get the money

This is why people with little to no heatware should have no problem shipping first.
