I have moved my Bird of Paradise out to the sunporch in hopes of bringing it back to life.

Now I have a need for another house plant inside.

The room recieves very little outdoor light. I have track lighting in the room that uses Halogen bulbs.

Are Halogen bulbs OK for any sort of house plant ? Any suggestions ?
 
You need a full spectrum grow light. They sell the bulbs at home depot, made by Philips last I chekced. A full spectrum light produces the same "light" the sun does. I'm not sure if they make plant/grow bulbs in incandescent, I always thought they were in flourescent.
