Well I've finally started hating paypal. Or at least the people that use it. I had a subscription for hosting service for $4 CAD / month and I cancelled the service since it was down for over 2 weeks without any contact.
I had to file a claim the first time to get the last payment back because the ass would not refund me. That went through fine. Then apparently my cancellation of the subscription did not go through (even though it said it did) and another $4 CAD was sent to the ass.
I emailed the guy asking for a refund since that's what Paypal told me to do first. The guy never responded for 3 days so I filed another claim. I then get an email from the ass calling me all sorts of names
D) but he wouldn't refund my money. He waited until the 9th day of filing my claim and then responded to the claim saying he "shipped my item"
Here's what paypal shows me in the dispute section:
As you can see, it's a bunch of crap. So now it'll take 2 days before paypal will look at the case again. I know it's 4 bucks but it's the principle of the matter
Anyone know of a contact number I can use to contact paypal?
