I had a chargeback filed on my account by someone with a very low feedback rating. They bought a giftcard from me and asked me to email them the number along w/ the pin to use the giftcard online. I did and they filed a chargeback over a month later claiming they never got their gc. I sent the corresponding emails to paypal but my account was still deducted + a chargeback fee. I refused to pay and they are sending me to collections. I have heard that it will not affect my credit but does anyone know for sure? Anyone have any experience with this?
