...and if so, what exactly needs to be done to exchange for a different product? Thanks!

I tried to once about 1.5 years ago. I called CS, and included a note, got the same f'ing board back, defective once again. From what I can recall, I think I raped them on resellerratings for it.

I don't know about exchanges, but I sent them my board after about 9 months because it was defective and since they didn't have the exact same board anymore, they sent me the newest model. I set them a 266 board and they returned to me a brand new KT333 board. I just returned a KT400 board that I bought from them, and I am hoping they send me a Nforce2 board.....:) Newegg rocks in my book!!

Ok, here's the deal. I have a Radeon 9100 that I bought for $72. The fan made a loud buzzing noise & vibrated a lot, so I RMA'd it & got a replacement. Now the one I have now is making a similar buzzing noise and I have a GF3 ti200 coming shortly as part of a trade. If I RMA this one will my credit card be credited or will I get store credit? And again, what do I have to do to let them know what I'd like to do?

Here is what newegg's FAQ says...

"Can I exchange my RMA item for a different item?
No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace an item only with the exact same item type. If the warranty period for a refund has not been exceeded, an RMA request for refund can be placed online and then the new item can be purchased (also online) and the RMA item will be refunded when received. View this as an exchange."

My mobo went bad after 8 months and I had a year warentee from them so I got an RMA. They told me that they didn't have anymore in stock and gave me a couple of motherboards to pick from which they would send me for free. Of course I picked the most expensive which was an Intel and sold it on ebay and bought a nicer Gigabyte. lol.

I emailed customer service and they said I could purchase any video card $65 or less & then email the order # to the customer service representative and it'll be credited...so which video card should I get? :D
