There can never be enough threads about this a$$kicking.

Big deal.

It still only counts as one loss in the loss column.

It's a big deal according to these idiots.

Can't open the link but if I suspect correctly, it doesn't really matter. Its a 162 game season for a reason. You can't get too high or too low. It wouldn't make any difference if the Yanks won 22-0 tomorrow. It was just a good win for Cleveland.

Their site is getting hammered, lots of upset baseball fans in NY tonight.

What's the big deal? A 22-0 smackdown doesn't hurt in the standings any more than a 3-2 loss. Over the course of the season every team has huge wins and huge losses. It might make headlines, but a win is a win and a loss is a loss.

Haha, it's funny how the Blowsox fans come out of the closet only when the Blowsox are doing decent. It's funny how you disappeared for months.

Actually, I was on vacation for a month and the girlfriend has been occupying the majority of my time, but thanks for your concern.

22-0, damn how embarassing. 😛

That's still another 2 months you didn't post crap 😛

In all seriousness though - the Blowsox have had a nice turnaround. The key game IMO came against the Yankees - I think they were down 2 in the 9th, final game of the series, and they came back and won, and everyone was on their feet yelling. I don't know why I watched the game but I knew instantly after watching it that something clicked. We'll see if you guys can make it to the playoffs, much less out of the first round. 😛 🙂

I think in the post game they said it best. Last year they were no hit by the Astros and they came back and went 14/16. Hopefully this was a wakeup call but there's still a lot baseball to be played by both the Yanks and the Sox. Knowing the Sox history, I wouldn't place my bet on them.
