Just another reason why NewEgg rocks:

I order a DVD-ROM drive. Later find out about their "customer appreciation gifts." The one I wanted only applies to CD-RW/DVD-RW drives. I email em saying I want it, what the heck, I've given them lots of business. They reply:

Thank you for contacting NewEgg.com

Actually that order does not qualify for that customer appreciation gift as each product has a different set of appreciation gifts that its qualified for. However I will make a special exception for you and allow you to receive that requested appreciation gift as a token of our appreciation for your continued patronage as a NewEgg.com customer. You should be receiving that gift by early next week. Hope this was helpful, have a nice day.

The gift is a blank CD-R 80min/730mb. Big whip, the point is that it was a nice gesture on their part.

They also have t-shirts, hats, pens, case stickers, mouse pads...
