The answer to that is simple: it's incredibly difficult to run the fast-break during the playoffs, so a lack of offense + shaky defense = NO win. Nash isn't exactly the type of PG you want during the playoffs, you'd have to look at a halfcourt PG like Marbury/BDavis or Iverson.
