my GF started a myspace page for me so I had to go and fix it up. However I quickly found out that I was having problems using javascript on it, then I googled and saw that they banned the use of it due to exploits.

now I am trying to use some PHP but it seems to not be working, but I can't find any documentation on google saying whether or not it works, and I wasn't sure if there was a trick to get it to work or what. Thanks.

P.S. Yes yes I know how much you all hate myspace, I'm just trying to make my page look nice if it's going to be up there.

I wanna make a gallery that is similar to the little example similar to this one.

Mouseover the 2nd pic.

I want to have that affect. If there is a way to do this in CSS, please point me to the direction of how to do it 🙂. I am not by any means a great web designer, I've just done some stuff on the side for fun.
 
Im not even sure if you can use PHP but what are you trying to do? I used CSS for mine but i dont have anything thats really fancy.

I don't even know if this is possible, but I was going to run PHP that would include another PHP file on my own webspace that will give me the ability to have a little gallery built into my layout. I used CSS too for mine.

and rdubbz420 are you serious you can help or just screwing around?

hmm, while I cant say I approve of your use of myspace, at least you're making an effort to make a page that doesnt make the baby jesus cry.

Yah I was trying to do this without having to use flash. It's been a while since I've used flash 🙁.

I just want that little affect so I can have a bunch of mini-images on the side and they can mouseover em to get the larger image.

Bah I'll just link it ... here is my page. (it looks fvcking up in firefox, I haven't fixed it yet to work with firefox, so if you view in firefox it will not look good!)

I basically ripped off of this other guy's layout cause it looked nice, but then put my own little touches to it as well. So I definitely am not taking 100% credit for my design/layout 😛.

But down below, where I have the pictures from Aruba, I wanted to make like 3-4 rows of little thumbnails, and when they mouseover the pics, it will make it blow up (like in that example above). That way I could fit like 3-4 galleries down there, even more probably.

oh yah, and rdubbz, you can find my GF's page off of mine.
