EDIT: Alright, let me change this up a little bit. I've got a new question...what exactly does legalization entail? Naturally it would be legal to be under the influence, but would there be conditions? Would the drug be available in stores?

Of course for it. It's not addictive, and it's effects aren't as bad as alcohol (and it doens't impare the user in the way that alcohol does), and you can't overdose on it like alcohol. I say the government should regulate it, and tax the hell out of it - it's good for are all parties involved.

You have nothing to fear from someone who is happy, cotton mouthed, and just wants a bag of Doritos.
