Man it looks even better than the ebay pics - the lines are neon yellow and the whole thing has silver flake overcoat. Awesome!

Nice, I have that same helmet...look at the vinyl trim around the bottom. Make sure it's not coming off. Mine peeled off like the day after I got it...I guess it's a known issue with the RX-7 Corsair. They had a thing for it on there website...just had to fill out a form and send it in. Only thing that sucked was that it took like a month. But I got it for $240 new...so can't complain to much.

Find me a car that that does 0 - 60 in 3 secs flat on the same budget and we'll talk... plus good riders aren't scared of rain.

The helmet is custom paintbrushed and clearcoated by Offbeat Productions (google it), I don't think the decals are coming off anytime soon.

I got the same one from eBay and it was new...I wouldn't buy a used one either.

Sportbikers don't ride their bikes for that reason.

I ride one because they are a ****** blast. I don't care if it gets 35 mpg, the fact is $300 sets of tires and maintenance and insurance cost way more than gas savings.

You can't wipe the grin off my face when i'm riding.....that's why I have one.

If it really is a used helmet, you may want to send it in to have it checked by Arai. I've heard guys say even an accidental drop of a helmet that leaves no exterior marks could spiderweb the inside and render it less-useful in a crash.

I *think* Arai will inspect helmets for free, but I'm not 100% sure.

I've got to think they'll take some casual bumping around - a helmet in shipping is going to experience a lot more bumps and drops than normal.
