YAMT: Does Heparin therapy affect INR?

Hey got a quick question.

A patient on heparin therapy has therapeutic aPTT of 63s. However his INR is 1.9.

I know INR is used for warfarin testing, however does heparin reliably affect INR levels?

im pretty sure coumadin will affect inrs

edit: nevermind youre talking about heparin. my guess would be yes, though. typically doctors will put patients on low molecular weight heparin before coumadin becomes therapeutic.
