YAMT: Anyone ever heard of Canvas?

Anyone listen to them? They are playing with "Podunk" at Antone's in Austin tonight. The desicription on Austin360 says..

About Canvas:
Continuously fascinated by his band's across the board appeal, Canvas lead singer and lyricist Joseph King enjoys the unique reality that "we've found a niche tickling the soft underbelly of forgotten American subculture." The Austin, Texas based unit's colorful and catchy, mystically magnificent and spiritually intense blend of moody, poetic vocals, entrancing guitars, Eastern flavors and exotic tribal rhythms-combined with a theatrical live show often featuring moments of spinning fire rituals--has been the hit of pagan festivals and biker rallies alike. Kings of A&R recently declared the five piece group's ambient, post-rock sway a mix of influences ranging from Jane's Addiction and Led Zeppelin to Pink Floyd and The Doors.

They aren't a cover band. They are a real band. They were awesome, and so was Podunk. Canvas reminds me alot of Godsmack, with the drums.
