We're a couple miles away and they're a client of ours. Haven't (understandably) heard from any of them. There's a couple in particular that I know personally. I'm hoping they're alright, but with UW Hospital expecting 3 arrivals, someone obviously got hurt.

Given the rarity of such an event (multiple shooters) VS a single shooter, I'm inclined to believe poor eyewitness accounts are a reflection of another truth, that they would be an indication of multiple shooting locations. Be it from the shooter moving around or the police confronting him.
Most likely. There were reports on the scanner that they were taking fire after downing a suspect which may have lead to the speculation. May have been the downed shooter still firing.

Are these in pro gun areas? If so then zero fucks will be given.
If not, I'll send my thoughts and prayers.

On a side note, I'm getting tired of having to type out, "thoughts & prayers", so I think I'll shorten such posts to:

Sending my TP

Maybe just SMTP?

STP?

Or just

TP?

I was talking to my sister in law today about gun stuff. The way I see it, the 2A doesn't have much life left, especially if nothing changes. Certainly when the high schoolers of today are in the political realm, they're going to dramatically restrict (or altogether eliminate) firearms. I'm not in support of an outright ban (I do like my toys), but I wouldn't necessarily oppose it, either, since I see it as sort of an inevitability. But for the sake of preserving the 2A, people best start getting ahead of the curve and thinking about (and supporting) "reasonable" gun regulation.

(and if you're going to ban 'assault weapons' you may as well ban all semi-autos. not that i agree with it, but i see an AWB as just cherry picking the flavor of the week so to speak. banning all semi autos is at least more consistent IMO).

I'd be fine with muzzle loaders being the only guns available to the general public.
