Did a search for ecost and Yamakawa and didn't see it here so hopefully not repost. Never heard of this brand, and did a search on google but couldn't find anything related to these media. Think their site is www.yamakawa.de so seems like a European company. They have one dvd burner on the product listings but no media. eCost doesn't mention what speed either ><.
