Yamaha YHT-150 600W 5.1-Ch. Home Theater System - $145 PM to Good Guys

Just picked the Yamaha YHT-150 600W 5.1-Ch. Home Theater System at Best Buy for $145 with a PM to The Good Guys Sunday ad. Good guys is only on the west coast.

Just hooked them and they are louder and clearer than the Sony HTDDW660 I returned to BB which cost me $177. Saved $32 and got a better system. Good setup to throw in a room.

Yamaha is always some solid stuff in terms of audio. :thumbsup:
I'm surprised just how good my cheapo YST-MS50's sound, and how well they compared against modern "kick-ass" speakers. They were the first computer speakers ever to earn a kick-ass from boot magazine if I remember right heh.

But anyways, Yamaha usually makes solid stuff is all.

Cool. That's a really nice step up from the standart $99 crappy HTIB sets you can get. Great deal for someone that doesn't want to spend the extra to get one of those Onkyo HTIB sets that cost a lot more than $145
