Yamaha TSS-1 PC multimedia system is a 5.1 system that comes w/ 5 speakers and one sub and one decoder/receiver unit.
I wonder if it's possible to use a sub other than the one that came w/ the system? the sub it came w/ is a little underpowered.
There is a S.Woofer jack, so physically attaching another sub is possible, but i wonder if that would damage the receiver/decoder or the sub because afterall it's not a home theater receiver, it was made to work w/ its own systems(spk, subs).
Has anyone tried that?
