hi, i got a 16/10/40 yamaha cd writer. the problem is i can only write at 8x, more than that it would generate BUFFER UNDERRUN error. i dig this problem out,and found several solutions. i think the problem is i have to check the box for DMA support in device manager. but i don't have that option in my computer. i am using VC820 MB, 500 Mhz, Vodoo3 3000, soundblaster live, WINDOWS 98 SE. which one has conflict to the system?
