for some reason i doubt it... most likely, after 15 yrs after he made it, he probably found it comical, and now says that as an excuse to save face ..probably.. heh.

he probably never intended to be funny, but is now riding the wave to be a comedy rapper? donno... his latest videos shows more refined rapping, so deep inside, it seems he hasn't been joking all along and trying his best to get better...
