Hello:

I'm wondering whether anybody has experienced it (first-hand, second-hand), that employer tries to either by offering exploding job offer, that is, accept in 7 days or leave it, or bonuses that expire after some short time, so they count on your greed.

I think they are just trying to limit your exposure to other (better or worse) offers.

In my case, after I accepted, and I did it in relatively short period of time, some other companies showed interest, but too late.

If they really want you, they'll give you time to make a decision.

Um, don't most jobs expect you to accept within a week (heck, within a couple days tops)?

Why would they? If someone is graduating in May, why they have to tell them in February?

Ah, I did not realize you were referring only to college graduates. Sure, those will often give more time. I was thinking of a "normal" job offer.
