So I run 11km 2-3 times a week. When I was running outside, I never really had an issue. Now, since it's November, and I live in Canada, and it's minus eleventy billion degrees outside, I've been going to the gym and using the treadmills. Since I started doing this, I've been getting NASTY blisters on both feet/toes. I've tried different/new shoes, but to no avail.
It's really frustrating because I really like running. I got a bad one on my left foot last Saturday, so I took a week off to let it heel, and tried running again today. Sure enough, I got one today on my right foot. I had to stop running after 30 min.
Any other joggers have this problem? How do you deal with it? Am I running wrong or something?!? I can't figure out why I never had this problem jogging outside...
