YAIT: U.N. Joins U.S., Britain in Saying Iraq Isn't Cooperating Fully

The United Nations joined the United States and Britain on Thursday in saying that Saddam Hussein is still not cooperating fully with U.N. inspectors despite Iraq's go-ahead for surveillance flights and hand-over of new lists of scientists.

How is this news? The U.N was always in agreement with the US that Iraq isn't cooperating fully. The difference lies in that the U.N want's more time for inspectors, whereas the US and Britain want to take action right away.

What good does providing the inspectors more time if Iraq isn't allowing them to do their job?

Blocked inspectors for a week or a year, same results.
