The only iPod products I would ever consider purchasing are:

iTrip - FM Tuner would be awesome

Belkin Voice Recorder - Not sure how good or bad it is, maybe very gimmicky

Belkin Battery Pack - More than 20 hours of battery power

iPod Dock - Docking stations add clutter to the desk but hot damn they look sweet
