YAINGT: Am I dumb?

Okay, so I opened up an ING orange savings account. I have my main savings account through wachovia, but figured I'd open up the ING account for the $25.

I was hoping to be able to cash out that $25...but I've only got $.70 available (inital deposit plus interest). It's been like 3 weeks.

So, is the $25 bonus money you can never touch (even though it increases your balance and increases your interest)?

Bastards, they jacked up their 1 year CD to 3.25%. I should've waited a week.

don't you get the new rate starting from when they raised it even though you got the CD at a lowe rate?

I'm not sure how long it took, but my $25 bonus is cleared and I can withdraw it whenever I want.

No. There's 2 types of CD ING offers, Regular and Ladder, the latter simply means spreading , ie, $500 over 5 years instead of 1 year.
