And again without accusations of racism the current policy reduces legal immigration. Precisely how many people have been added to deal with immigration? Don't complain about anyone else, this is Trump's watch and Congress has been owned by Republicans until now and even then they have the Senate. How many of the 1000 to 1200 judges have been hired? The ones what would fix the "catch and release policy? An insignificant number, that's how many. Once backlog is over then we still need to maintain MANY MANY more judges and staff than we currently have.

Why? Because the Wall is all the President has between himself and removal.

If I had it my way I would pull all the border patrol agents from California and just let them all cross the border and do nothing. No rescue, no water, no food, no shelter, no medical care, no asylum and no relocation. If California wants all the illegals, let them have them and take care of them all.
