yahoo widgets question

Hello,

this noob is trying to download and install a user created yahoo widget (.eg. sys monitor - http://widgets.yahoo.com/widgets/sys-monitor )
whenever i go to the link and click on the "Get it!" button, the get it button scrolls up but nothing happens with my yahoo widgets application on the desktop.

i clicked on open widget, but the new widget does not seem to have been downloaded to the application, can you guys tell me how to download and install the widget?
