My sister have a westell modem from Insightbb cable company, and a netgear router.
The problem is, while the computer is at my house, I webcam all I want, day-by-day and it works. When I take it to her house, the webcam works two times, and then that's it, its showing page cannot be found in the webcam thing. I tried to tell her to hook up the computer directly to the modem, the problem is that her cousin in vietnam gets online to chat with her at night, so I can't come over and do diagnostic at that time. I'm thinking its something with the router, like maybe a port to let yahoo through ?
She's using yahoo vietnamese 9.0
I told her to use 7.5 yahoo usa but she said she don't know how.
At my house, both yahoo versions work. But, at her house only 7.5 work. The 9.0 won't even connect the webcam the first time, it will show the no page to be found.
