Yahoo Unlimited music Tech support SUCKS

Does anybody have the service ?
Well, I've tried Napster, Rhapsody and Yahoo.
Of all three I kind of like Yahoo it's just easier to use and the songs are encoded at higher bit rate than their competitors.

Lately everytime I tried to log on it keep saying that I have registered on too many machines. I only have it on my Laptop and my desktop. Thought maybe someone got a hold of my password (which I highly doubt that's the case) so, I changed my password.
Still keep getting the same error. I can only stream the audio but can't download and transfer to my MP3 player.

I don't think there's any number that I can call. I just click on customer care and wrote them an email. Telling them my problem and give them my ID.
A day later I got an Email and asking me for my ID so they can fix the problem.
Did they even read the Email ? When I submit the question it even ask for ID and my permission so they access my account. (Do they even know how to read english ?)
Now I'm gonna have to wait another day or who knows may be more before they start fixing it. I'm so fed up that I just want to cancel the whole damn thing but I already paid for the whole year.
