LOL, I didn't even notice that. What's the point then? They've always used Google technology, they're just implementing a new wannabe Google interface?

If I recall correctly Google gets most of its money by selling and implementing its search technology privately or for other companies. Cal Poly's website uses google for its search as an example, along with yahoo of course.
