Yahoo suing Xfire???

just got an email from the people @ Xfire, saying blah blah about there 1million users,
and that there getting a lawsuit from Yahoo about some infringment or something or other..

anyone have any ideas about this?
it never said what was being infringed upon, just wondering

Yahoo just wants it's name to pop up where everyone is chatting in hopes of getting customers back. But stupid companies don't realize that suing the good guys makes people jump ship from you, not to you.

but, is the xfire IM system using the Yahoo one? or what? whats wrong with the way Xfire is running things thats making Yahoo sue them?

and yes, I <3 Xfire

(except for the random problems that Xfire-In_game causes, but the fact that they got that worked period is awesome)
