yahoo messenger lock out problem

Tonight i was minding my own business chatting with some friends in yahoo messenger, when suddenly i get locked out. Password is now "invalid" and i can no longer get into email or chat or anything. Ive never given out my password either.. whats going on here! arg!

Sounds like someone "hacked" your account and changed your password. That has happend to a couple of people I know, one of them even got an email asking if they would like to get back into their account... :disgust:

if this is true, how do i contact yahoo and have this fixed? The change password doesnt work for me cuz i cant use the old password to log in anymore?
