I hate yahoo now. Gmail FTW. It's the free POP3 that I love, because I can forward those emails to my mail2web and get it on my treo 700wx with their exchange server.

Been using yahoo email for my main account for about 4 years and like it. Also have a gmail account for occasional use

edit: live is hotmail as many others have pointed out already

So more space, ho hum. I'm only using 40MB of my storage on Gmail, so who cares? My old yahoo account started getting spam the second week I had it, and I hadn't even given the address out yet! If I check it now there are at least a thousand spam emails in the junk folder every few weeks and a good few dozen in my inbox. I get some spam in gmail (about 50-ish a day) but it all goes to the spam folder. Only 3 have made it to my inbox so far.

The new Yahoo Mail is fancier but crap. How can they spend so much time and effort on a new interface and *still* suck? Slow, clunky, dumb animations, etc. Gmail FTW.

I would be a GMail user if I hadn't been a Yahoo users for years and years before. Switching over emails is a royal PITA, not worth it to me. I just ignore the ads.

nothing beats gmail. threaded emails are awesome!

It must be experienced to be believed.

At first I hated it.

Not I can't believe I lived without it. It makes auditing so....painless.

Same here. I think I've had my Yahoo account since about 6th grade.
