Yahoo mail now has an annoying highlighted text ad at the bottom of the screen

todays the first time i noticed it, and i log into my mail everyday.

at first i thought it was spam based on the message topic.
then i thought why is it highlighted blue?
and lastly theres no check box next to it to mark it as spam.

guess the new girl ceo is trying to wring more ad $ for the company.

i dont mind the text ad so much, but get rid of the highlight!

use adblock and see if you can insert a rule to block it, time wasted will be worth it if you use it a lot. Maybe the usual filters already include it.

They just changed their mail. If you hadn't already opted in, that might be why you are seeing it now.
