YahooPops did this to me too. It would lock out my account for usually an hour or more. I think this is caused by some kind of DOS protection on their servers. More than 100 messages each session caused it to happen. I lowered the limit of messages to download each session to 50 and it stopped happening. I haven't used YahooPops in a long time because I stopped using my Yahoo e-mail account. The last version I used was 0.5. I don't know how well 0.6 works.
