Just got this in an email from work:

FOR YOUR SITUATIONAL AWARENESS
DATE ISSUED: January 31, 2014
SUBJECT: Yahoo Email Accounts Stolen
OVERVIEW: Usernames and passwords of some of Yahoo's email customers have been stolen and used to gather personal information about people those Yahoo mail users have recently corresponded with. Yahoo didn't say how many accounts have been affected.
Yahoo said it is resetting passwords on affected accounts and has "implemented additional measures" to block further attacks. The company would not comment beyond the information in its blog post. It said it is working with federal law enforcement.

Yeah, saw this on the news and quickly changed my passwords. Big pain in the butt!

I use PWD for Firefox so that no account has the same password. Password managers can be negated via a keylogger.
