I can recieve emails sent to me using both "yahoo.com" and "yahoo.com.hk". But my friend can only recieve her email sent to her using "yahoo.com.hk" but not "yahoo.com".

Can u tell me how to solve this problem?

We live in Hong Kong, if we ask people send emails to .hk, will it be faster to download emails if we are using Outlook Express? Does our mail saved at Yahoo's Hong Kong server when mail is sent to .hk address? What are the difference between both?

I'm sure she did not turn on the spam filter or ignore list, I've checked. I can't find my answer in yahoo's faq too.

Did you register your account at Yahoo.com, or Yahoo.com.hk?

In terms of speed, the difference should be minimal. Yahoo doesn't keep their .com.hk server in Hong Kong anyway, as far as I know.

My friend registered at .com.hk. My own account can receive mails sent to both address anyways, but my friend can not.
