YAGWCDT: GF runs over spilled paint on pavement, how to remove it?

I asked her how she didn't notice a spilled can of paint in the middle of the road, and why she just didn't go around it. She said that she didn't see it until it was done. :roll:

Anyway, I don't get home until later, so it will probably get worse and dry up. Does anyone know of any product that will help remove it, without harming her finish?

Edit: How to remove it from the bumper and/or fenders. (painted areas).

A high pressured power washer will lift the paint from the cement, but I'm not sure what you would use to get paint off of the car.
