YaGunT: Any hand gun fire 3shot bursts?

Since 33 capacity clips (LINK) are available for handguns, just wondering if there are handguns that fire in 3shot bursts w/o having to be modified by the user?

I'm pretty sure you need a class 3 license for that. If you can do 3 round bursts, it's automatic

THEY ARE NOT CLIPS!

And it is also not a class 3 liscence, but it is a registered NFA firearm. A class 3 liscencee is a dealer of NFA weapons. But yes, to have anything with a burst it will have to be registered under the NFA, and a complete form 4 with a tax stamp to be legal. If you sucessfully modify a handgun to do that, you deserve 10 years in prison.

And make sure to get the +2 extentions for those 33 rounders if you get them. I have 14 of those mags for my Glock 19 that go with me in my bug-out bag.

It's not legal to have anything that will shoot more than one shot per one pull, either factory made or modified, unless you hold the appropriate class 3 license.

However, there are devices you can bolt onto a weapon that (allegedly) will allow you to rapid fire a semi-automatic pistol. One I saw simply uses a spring-loaded device to bounce the trigger when pulled by your finger. You're still getting one shot/pull, but it's really rapid.

IMHO, you're better off learning to double or triple tap shoot with your semi-auto pistol. You'd be a better shooter. That's why most law enforcement/special forces units train to fire that way.......it's more lethal.

3 rnd burst on a firearm sucks. Full auto or semi is where its at

you dont get out much do you.. 3 rnd burst is far more useful than full auto.
the Military teachs no more than 3 rnd bursts so do Police academies and SWAT training...
all the HK weps on the market for Military and Police/Swat use have a 3 rnd burst mode..
its much more efficient to only have to pull the trigger one 1 and get your 3 rnd burst instead of having to learn the timing..

it takes your mind off fire control and ammo control and puts it into combat where it should be..

also 3 rnd is much easier to fire when it comes to recoil affects.. and on a PISTOL the recoil on an auto shot will throw your aim anyway.. auto on a pistol is worthless..

Yes, I've fired everything you can think of from .22 - 25 mm autocannon. All 3 round burst does is keep noobs from burning up their ammo to fast. I still think its crap.

why is that a bad thing? so you're saying it doesn't do anything to help with accuracy either?

LOL you've fired a 25mm autocannon? That would mean you have been in a Bradley which would most likely mean you are in the army. From your earlier comment I call shens on you have ever fired a 25 mm autocannon.

edit: and you should have said .17 up

yup 93R is a really sweet handgun..

its the automatic pistol you see the bad guys always use in so many movies..

sorry, but a shoulder mount for a handgun looks ridiculus.

Bah, who needs a stock for a handgun when you can just use another gun as the stock

sorry, but a shoulder mount for a handgun or an AOW under the National Firearms Act, paperwork is completed, and the $200 tax paid to the ATF.
