#1 doesn't seem to care about anything in life. Trust me, he'll get over it and move on. You have nothing to worry about.

It's not #1s fault. Mom has always paid for everything. Mom is going to pay for college. Mom pays the bills. #1 lives under moms roof.
I shouldnt judge. It shouldnt matter. But it does.

It is #1s fault. He could choose to make his own way, but he's choosing the eaiser path (and lying about himself the whole time, unfortunately...)
You aren't judging if you make the choice not to be constrained by the same set of rules he lives under because they DON'T apply to you.

I don't mention homosexuality because people get pissy and claim that I am only out for attention and to gay as I can be on this forum.
I made everything I have typed completely neutral, not gay, nor straight. Just a predicament about two people.

The problem is, I already had sex with #1 after about a week. It complicates things.
I intended to exclusively date #1, or try to, but I don't think I can deal with mama and other factors. But this person wants to continue dating.

I want to try to date #2 now (seems more stable and inline with what I want), and still be friends with #1 because I know it won't work out with #1.

Does that make me an asshole?

If you were #1, would you feel used?

I don't want to hurt anyones feelings. But if I continue dating #1 I know how it will end. Badly.

I find it interesting that #1 will sleep with you but not go out with you on the Sabbath.

Don't feel bad about breaking it off with #1, sex is a mutual decision (at least if it is legal) and if it's not going to work out better to end it now than later.

That's what I thought...

I don't think either of them will work for you. An 18 year old is a plaything to most 25 years olds. Life experience, maturity, etc are too far apart to provide a base for anything meaningful. You should know this.
