Well, I ended up going out with this girl. It was nice, we went and saw the hulk......nothing happened. So I get back and tell my girlfriend and now she is pretty upset. She doesnt like the fact that I went alone with her, but in england she has a guy friend over in England that she has known since she was 4 and they went out alone to a movie. She says its ok since they are life long friends and they live in different country. What do I tell her?

Umm, tell her nothing happened. If you two are close enough, she should be able to trust you.

It's gotta go both ways. Lifelong friend or not. If she doesn't want you alone with another girl, then she should put her money where her mouth is.

But either way, there is an obvious trust issue.

I now have four girlfriends, each of which know differing amounts of info on the others. One knows nothing of the other three.

I have every confidence you can manage this, don't freak out. :)

Well.. There's nothing else you can do at this moment. Honesty is going to be your bes policy here; tell the new girl you have a g/f and tell your g/f that nothing happened, you just went to the movie. If she still gives you grief let her go, as someone pointed out already there seems to be a trust issue, but there is nothing else you can do about it at the moment.

Well her excuse is that since they only see each other once every 3 years, its ok and they are like cousins.

If shes in another country, then all dating rules are null and void. Like the area code rule. DITB
