For crying out loud man, are you really this inept or are you just wanting attention? I don't mean that to be negative, but how many threads can you possibly have asking these types of questions? Why do you make things so difficult for yourself?

as my best friend has said, "you overthink everything!" ... an online forum feeds into my ability to overthink things, i guess.

I've tried dating someone that I wasn't attracted to physically before. Didn't work out at all(for me), even tho I really enjoyed the time we spent together.

The way I've been told is to marry someone less physically attractive than you so he/she has to work for your attention/love. That's just what I hear though.

If there's no attraction, there's no question.

qft....

you can have your absolute IDEAL woman, but if you aren't attracted to her, it won't work in the end. might be able to keep things alive for a little while, but ultimately, you will find yourself unsatisfied not because you have a "bad" SO, but because you simply do not find her attractive in such a way that lends itself to a committed relationship.

so what do ugly people? I mean no one would want them except another ugly person, but they arent attracted to ugly people.

celibacy?

nothing wrong with transcribing your thoughts to get them out of your head. just hopefully you'll make some progress instead of annoying ppl on AT :)

this thread is nothing without pics!

the only pic i have of her

she looks ok attractive

I'm not saying she's not pretty, she's just not my type.

I'll say she certainly doesn't look pretty in that picture...but that is just my opinion. It is all in the eye of the beholder.
