YAGT: Why don't women buy tampons/pads in bulk?

I was just talking to my fiancee and she had to leave because she needed to buy some pads...

Why the hell don't women just buy a 1-2 year supply or something, i mean they know they need them every month for the next 20 or so years of their lives.

Buy like 5 packs of these at a time at least.

Cause they like to torture their so by making them go out and pick them up once a month. Nothing worse then buying tampons from some hot cashier.

Bit hard to find storage space for 8 years worth of toilet paper. I've easily had a years supply at home though.

Tampons/pads, don't take up much space.

Not to mention my fiancee's house has a huge basement, so space is not an issue.

It's a damn good topic, and a damn good question! I buy Scott 12 packs on sale. If I could find larger quantities locally, for a better price, I'd buy it! I'll ask my wife why she doesn't stock up. Probably just so she'll have an excuse to go to the damn store.
