I was going to say a flashlight (such as to go on an accessory rail), because there was nothing for scale, so I was thinking a small case on a plastic table shot from a few inches up.
I might try and flip it for a regular mossberg 500. I dont think I can toss a field barrel on this to shoot clays
The last time I looked, used mossbergs were selling for around $125 at the local pawn shop.
Go get one of those, and have 2 shotguns.
anything not looking like it was dragged behind a truck is going to be 2bills here. all the aholes here that are shops charge 50 bucks for transfer fees.
I wish california would let us purchase a shotgun like that. 😀
We can only get the ones with stocks.
Christmas is coming up, people are strapped for cash, so now might be a good time to look through the local pawn shops.
I am going later today to look for a shotgun or rifle. When I get back I will post some updated prices.
I think the price difference between Illinois and Texas is the difference in our culture and our gun laws. This is a rural area in southeast Texas, gun ownership around here is a common thing. And we do not have restrictive gun laws either.
It's a piece of plastic or wood. Just remove the one that it comes with and put a pistol grip on instead.
Doesn't do much to help with controlling your aim though.
The following is banned by characteristic:
(6) A semiautomatic shotgun that has both of the following:
So, you could install a pistol grip on a shotgun as long as it isn't a folding pistol grip. Stupid, I know but you could own that shotgun in CA.
- (A) A folding or telescoping stock.
- (B) A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon, thumbhole stock, or vertical handgrip.
thats for semiauto's not pumps anyways 😛
but so I'm thinking of tacticooling the 500 some
but damn some stuff is just silly priced
this is the the stock I want, but thats about half what I paid for the gun
a heatshield for the barrel with ghost rings would be nice but the one I find for sale everywhere has iffy reviews
