YAGT: Wanting to be with someone, but knowing that it is best not to?

Anyone ever been in the situation where you really want to be with someone, or get back together with someone who you split up with, and you know that they feel the same, but you know that it is a bad idea?

I really miss my ex, and she is constantly begging me to come back, but I know that she has issues and needs to be away from me for awhile, if not forever. I've been pretty much ignoring her as much as possible.... making phone conversations last less than 30 seconds, and making any public interactions as short and painless as possible. I knew that she needed the distance if she were to ever get better, and for a week or so it was nice to be away from her problems, but now I just miss her.

Anyone else had to cope with this situation?

miss her or miss the booty?

anyway, if you feel it's the right thing to do, stick with it. plus, if sounds like she has problems, unless you wanna make those problems yours, stay away.

I have been on both sides of this.

There is not much you can do but talk to her about what the issues are. Tell her the truth.

Oh she knows what the issues are, and she claims she is working on them. Things may be turning around, but I always doubt everything she says and the motives for her actions now. Is it genuine, or all an act to get me back?

I don't need a gf until this semester is done anyway though. Maybe by May she will be turning around.

It sounds like your fvcking 16 & you havent fvcked her yet. You gotta be the man you lil pussy, if she want the d!ck she'll come to you.
